Dear All please don't go on their on such fool offers...1 No one is their to guide you for their offers & discounts.. 2 All offers & discount display is confused you more... 3 If you are taken any products then you go to billing counter the billing counter Staff will be refused the offer on the products so you will be westing your time.. So I requesting everyone don't go there.... I have Bad experience yesterday evening... Puma Branded Shoes.... 4500 Shoes... Offer is 1199... They refused to give me on offer Price.... Well Done Brand Factory....

O star,Very disappointing experience at Brand Factory today. The service was extremely poor — no staff available to assist customers, and those present seemed completely uninterested. I had to search for sizes on my own as no one was there to help. It honestly felt like a self-service store, but without any proper arrangement for it. Staff behavior was also not acceptable. One employee brushed past me very roughly without even acknowledging it. At the billing counter, the staff was uncooperative. I was told to pick an additional product due to an offer, but when I requested them to hold my selected items while I checked, they refused and asked me to carry everything myself and return — very inconvenient and unprofessional. There was no assistance even during basic things like unpacking shirts. Overall, the experience felt more like shopping in a roadside market rather than a branded store backed by Reliance. If customers are expected to do everything on their own, at least arrange proper self-service systems. Otherwise, please ensure staff are trained to guide and assist customers. We are coming here only because of limited options — but this level of service is unacceptable.
