Frequently asked questions
What kind of garment photo works best?
A clear photo of a single garment on a flat surface, hanger or mannequin, in decent light, works best. Phone photos are fine. The clearer the print, embroidery and borders are in your photo, the more faithfully they appear on the model.
Do I need a photoshoot, model or model release?
No. The models are entirely AI-generated — they are not real people, so there is no model release, agency fee or studio booking involved. You get on-model imagery without organising a shoot.
Can I use the images on Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra or Meesho?
Yes — you can use the generated images commercially for your listings, catalogs and marketing. Use the "Marketplace listing" preset for white-background portrait shots, and always review each marketplace's current image guidelines before uploading.
Will the AI change my garment's design?
The tool is built to reproduce your garment exactly — colors, prints, embroidery, borders and silhouette. AI can still occasionally miss a fine detail, so compare results against your product before publishing and regenerate any pose that isn't perfect.
Are my photos stored or used to train AI?
No. Your upload is processed in memory to generate the images and is not saved on our servers or used for training. Generated images exist only in your browser until you download them.
Which garments are supported?
Sarees, lehengas, kurtas and kurtis, salwar suits, dresses and westernwear, t-shirts, formal shirts, ethnic menswear and winterwear. Kidswear is not supported yet. Auto-detect handles most products; picking the garment type helps with drape-specific items like sarees.
How many photos can I generate?
The studio is free during launch with a fair-use daily limit per user. Each generation produces up to 4 poses in one go. Higher limits and bulk catalog processing for sellers are on the way.
Who owns the generated images?
You do — use them in listings, catalogs, ads and social media. Since model imagery is AI-generated, we recommend keeping your original product photo as the reference for what the physical garment looks like.
