Very disappointing experience. We had specifically called the shop at 8:30 PM to confirm their closing time. The owner himself assured us that the shop remains open until 9:30 PM. Based on this information, we went there and reached around 8:50 PM. Since my mother has a fear of closed spaces, we chose to take the stairs and climbed all the way to the third floor. After reaching, my mother politely asked one of the customer service staff to show us some sarees. However, he bluntly refused infact behaved rudely, saying that the shop was about to close in a few minutes. This was surprising because we had already confirmed the timing. I immediately called the owner again. He acknowledged that the shop should remain open until 9:30 PM and said he would ask someone to assist us. Unfortunately, no one came to help, and the owner also never called back. We made the effort to visit the store based on their assurance, yet the staff showed no willingness to assist customers. Not recommended for anyone expecting genuine customer service.
