Visited the Khammam branch yesterday. Very disappointing experience. We selected multiple items based on the offer/display boards placed in the store. Before shopping, we even confirmed twice with the sales staff whether the displayed prices/offers were applicable, and they said yes. After spending nearly 2 hours selecting items, at the billing counter we were suddenly informed that the offers were not applicable because the display boards were “not updated.” The actual prices were almost double the displayed prices. After we complained, management removed/changed the display boards , which clearly shows the information displayed was incorrect. Customers should not be misled like this or made to waste hours shopping based on wrong pricing information. Please ensure proper price updates and staff communication to avoid such inconvenience to customers.

I use to shop in Brand factory since 2007.... So many brands and garments are available at reasonable prices.... After reliance take over so many brands are missing like buffalo, wrangler. And also prices are very high according to brand factory.... Reduce prices and bring multiple brands which are not available right now .... Everyone will not go anywhere except fashion factory....thanks for bringing brand factory to khammam thank you
