Zero star for the sheer arrogance to keep customer waiting with no update at all. I complete two month of messaging and calling them with different reply- courier went to wrong address, it will reach on Monday, it is in Delhi and will reach tom and now again, they say it was misrouted n we are printing. They put new posts, but have no courtesy to inform customers. Every time I called, a new reason. No reply to messages, no courtesy and respect for customer time. Supporting local brands has been my priority but here I see how a brand focuses on wholesale and influencers and disrespects individual customers. I will never forget the mental harassment I have faced chasing you in the middle of work I have in my life.
