I reached out to Uniform Agencies to order a custom 360 EM bat, fully prepared to pay a premium (80k) and wait for quality. While the 2-month delivery time wasn't an issue for me initially, the final product is a massive letdown. The main issues: Failed Specs: I was promised a minimum of 10–12 grains. The bat I received does not meet this requirement. Poor Quality Control: For an 80k bat, the finish is sloppy. The rubber was actually missing from the handle upon delivery. Performance: The ping and balance are no better than my 30k SF bat. There is absolutely nothing "premium" or "special" about the performance of this blade despite the 50k price gap. When you spend this kind of money, you expect honesty regarding the willow and attention to detail. I feel I’ve paid for a top-tier product and received an average one. I would advise others to be very cautious before ordering custom through this channel.
