Very disappointing tailoring experience. I got my clothes stitched through this store’s tailoring service, and the quality was well below standard. The fitting, finishing, and overall workmanship were poor, and my fabric was not handled with care. It’s clear they outsource the work to tailors who focus on cheap, rushed jobs, likely because the store takes a commission. As a result, the customer suffers. I strongly recommend going directly to a professional tailor instead of using the store’s stitching service. You’ll save your clothes, money, and peace of mind.

“Extremely disappointing experience with Satish Kumar & Bros. The behaviour of both the salesman and the owner was very unprofessional and rude. Customer care is absolutely zero. They do not provide proper bills, which raises serious doubts about the authenticity and originality of the material being sold. The way they treat customers shows no respect or responsibility. Overall, a very bad experience and I would not recommend this shop to anyone.”

I was a regular customer at this place for almost over 15 years. I have purchased an extensive amount of clothes from there and also brought many new customers to them (relatives and friends). However, during the last 2-3 years, this place has become a hellish nightmare. They are now openly bullying people. On multiple occasions (after I told them what I am buying my cloth for), they would intentionally cut smaller pieces for very expensive shirts (by Raymond) and when the tailor told me that the cloth is not enough, they would tell me that they don't have the same piece and would sell me a whole different shirt. They would also deny that they cut that piece smaller than the correct length. Therefore, I had to find old receipts and take it to their shop and show them the evidence. After that they would just gather around very aggressively and tell me that there is nothing they can do about it. The same thing also happened with the purchase of multiple trousers (v high end Raymond fabric). Anytime I would go back to them, they basically bully around you and are very aggressive. Their current owner has basically turned this business into profit but no quality or credibility. I will never go there again and do not recommend this place. If you are travelling from far away or shopping for a wedding or a function, you should seriously avoid this place at any cost. Stay away from this business and shop somewhere else. There are tones of other options in the city and you should try those. Please read below the defensive response from this business. It speaks very clearly about their attitude. I have never seen such a response. In my review, I spoke my mind clearly and all my reviews are very detail driven.
