I have been purchasing some products from this shop online, but the behaviour of the owner (lady) is very bad, she is charging so much for shipping the products. She sends by normal post but charges for speed post, she pays 42-45/- and takes 100/-. I bought one kurti for Raja of 1700/-, but the quality was so bad and I sent back by courier by paying 80/- from kolkata. Again I requested to send another kurti of 1600/-, she took again shipping charge of 80/-, mistakenly I transferred. When later I asked her to refund 100/-, she first told that she will refund, but till now even after 10 days, she can't transfer 100/- as refund. Initially her product was good, but now its very cheap. She tells lies that she gives VIMAL astra, which is a big lie. A fraud and cheat shop, not recommended for shopping

Not satisfied, Bcz not accepting credit card, when I pata saree cost aprx 24 k it is deficult carry direct cash or hv trasfer instantly from bank Ac. Now a days even a small shop accepting credit card payments. So think about this matter.It is concern with this shop. Price also some how high.. Pls check from your end. So think before purchase.

Giving even one star feels undeserved, it should ideally be a negative rating. This has been a truly disappointing experience with this shop. It reinforces my belief that it’s better to rely on the established, trusted stores in Golbazar rather than these new age outlets. I purchased a half tissue silk saree, and while the price was already on the higher side, the blouse piece provided is only 70cm, whereas it should ideally be around 85 cm. Even my tailor mentioned that stitching a proper blouse from this length would be quite difficult. When I raised this concern, their response was vague and unconvincing, they simply said their own tailor could manage it and insisted that the length is not short. This lack of accountability is frustrating. Since I currently live in Bangalore, coordinating any resolution remotely is not easy. Overall, this has been a poor experience and is definitely a red flag for anyone considering buying Sambalpuri sarees from this shop.

They sell very cheap quality products at extremely high prices. The behaviour of the owner and staff is also very poor. The colours and fabric quality of the clothes are extremely cheap, yet they claim it’s their best product. The price is not at all worth for what they give.. Even after showing them proof of their faulty product, they argued instead of accepting their mistake. Very unprofessional and dishonest owner.Don’t buy from this shop, they are frauds!!! You can get the same product and better quality on other places.

The handloom quality and designs are excellent but the owner's behavior is pathetic. I texted that the consignment number wasn't found and I was replied with a very rude message. Also once ordered but they didn't send me the order tracking ID after constant calls and messages. One must learn etiquette while talking to customers. I was forced to order from there because I didn't find any better alternative. But it was a blunder on my part. We also know that you are busy. We know you have work but a polite attitude and patience is what we expect. One star is only for clothes. There should be -100 stars for the behavior. The staff was good but the owner's is always extremely extremely rude
