I had a very bad experience at this shop. The staff was extremely rude and unprofessional. Their behavior was very disappointing. I would not recommend visiting here.

Don't go there.I have worst experience in hira textile, they do not give customer satisfactory service at all. They have no exchange and doesn't concern with customer problem and there satisfaction. No after sale service at all. They are scaming us and not give reasonable opportunity to examine saree. I would recommend not go to hira at all..😡😡😡. there years of experience is worthless if customer is not satisfied.dont go there....😡😡😡 As per consumer act if you don't have exchanged policy give reasonable opportunity to customer to think and check the product and hence you are scaming consumer

These people are running a scam. They don't let you see the complete saree until you pay for it, giving reasons like it will ruin the folds, but if you open it fully you cannot return it. Also there's no exchange policy either. So disappointed to have shopped from here. Advise you to see any other stores. PS : just saw other reviews that go way back, this has always been a scam. Opening such a big shop but Now I understand why it was empty on a busy market day.

One of the worst staff. Even I don't have words to describe their behaviour. If you ask them for opening of the product they always says that it's not faulty and if it is then don't worry we are here to change it. And after purchasing if your product is really faulty they will show you their no exchange policy lables sticked on their walls. What a great policy of shop. If you have to insult yourself with your money, then must visit Heera Textiles...👍👏🫡
