Arrogant cheaters running the shop. Very rude and inattentive staffs and owners. I specifically asked for a double size bedsheet, they cheated with a single size bedsheet. And that too an unstitched one. Make money, but not by cheating customers.

Worst shopping experience. They refused to exchange the saree we purchased. The shop owner's behaviour is very bad, arrogant person. He said it's because of covid protocol and his shop is not following any government instructions!!! They are not providing gloves, no temperature checking, no arrangements to regulate number of customer inside the shop. And selection is very limited, quality of cloths is poor...!!!! Customer management is too bad. The arrogant owner is shouting at the customers....Better to avoid shopping there, and if you are buying check the fabric properly, they sold damaged products and not allowing for exchange!!!!

Great collection available and pocket friendly shop but the only drawback is customer service. It is very poor even the shop owner treat his customers very bad. The use of their language also matters they use strong harsh words to their customers.

Worst shopping experience / Goon Owner We went in the morning, it was very crowded during covid, no covid protocol, no temp check, no sanitizer, no visitor book, not even minimum staff to show us the dress, had to wait for the staff to get free and attend us, we had to literally shop ourselves, billing and paying also was delayed, collection was poor. Still considering the time we waited, somehow we selected the dress and shopped for 10K. We had to exchange one sari in the evening, when we went there, the owner abused us saying the fold of sari is not how they had done, he denied the exchange saying it's a covid protocol when he's not even bothered to follow any protocol. He threatened us stating he don't even care if he lose us as customer, He even used foul language to my wife. Have never ever seen such a bad attitude from any shop owner. It's better to shop from any big shops in Thrissur, as you can't get a minimum customer service from this shop. I will never ever enter this shop in my life again, not even in my worst nightmares.

Very very arrogant owner, I don’t suggest this shop for anyone.. first the owner need to go somewhere then only the business will increase.. He doesn’t know how to behave with others.. very very very arrogant person 👎🏿👎🏿👎🏿👎🏿👎🏿👎🏿👎🏿👎🏿
