The staff is least interested. Sandeep attended us (if that's called attending)! He just kept on saying we don't have it without even showing anything. I understand if you don't have it but there should be courtesy and a little effort before you say no!
Extremely bad customer service. I told them clearly on what I wanted and I didn't like anything after them showing me 4 dresses. I told the guy to stop so he doesn't waste his efforts, as we were leaving he said "they don't even know what they want" I told him he was rude. I will never shop here
I had a very frustrating and disappointing experience at this store. We were made to come back four different times because they couldn’t get the fitting right. After all that back and forth, on the fourth visit, they suddenly told us they couldn’t fit the original saree at all and told us to pick a new one – a complete waste of our time. To make things worse, they told us to come back in an hour for another saree. When we returned the next day, it still wasn’t ready. When we asked for a refund, the owner refused. And when we got understandably upset, he threw a water bottle on the floor – incredibly unprofessional behavior. Ironically, the cashier acted more like a manager than the actual owner, who clearly has no idea how to handle customers or run a business properly. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
Was on video call from outside of India .. the employee showed few dresses and only liked one but I wanted to see more pieces so I told them to come back Sunday as I was busy and we will see more choices then; but the guy goes if she was busy they should have planned accordingly and came back Sunday. SO SO Rude!!! Will Never shop here ever again!! People should stop going to their shop with this rude customer service!
