There appears to be a miscommunication regarding the ongoing Family Offer. This offer is not available on all products. It would be helpful if the advertisement could be corrected to clearly state that it applies only to “selected products.” I purchased 6900/- and I paid full amount. Management should look into this..
Best Collections and friendly staff 🫶🏻 Worth for Money
Very less options and worst behaviour from staff Sales man do lots of emotional drama. From morning I m showing you collection still you didn't take me I will get scolding like that. My inner voice like where is the collection. With all this emotional drama, wehad stick to one unwillingly Exchange policy worst there, incharge says ok to exchange later sales man said no exchange then incharge switched his mind. So sales man darma murthi controlling incharge. What a pity for incharge... When I called nd enquired on phone for exchange they said no exchange for white others can exchanged.. So they are not sure their policy. If management is like this they will see down drastically. So before that wake up and take good action for customer satisfaction
